- Advisory Services: Consulting and strategic guidance
Registration and Accounts
Some of our services may require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due at the time of purchase or as specified in your invoice
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Course and Training Refunds
- Cancellation more than 30 days before start date: Full refund
- Cancellation 15-30 days before start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days before start date: No refund
- Substitutions are accepted at any time at no additional charge
Note: If we cancel an event or course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Callisto Grand s.r.o. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
- Modify or create derivative works from our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
User Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Share course materials or login credentials with unauthorized users
- Disrupt or interfere with our services
- Upload malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callisto Grand s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
